✿ A positive, trusting environment in which you will feel respected and welcomed with arms wide open.
✿ Members resonate with your personal situation, since all of them experience similar situations in relation to their health, at that moment in their lives.
✿ Inter-sessions connection through a private Facebook group. We will be able to solve doubts, and share our experiences and accomplishments, without having to wait until the next meeting.
✿ The teachings and bonds extend beyond the sessions. It is one of the magical gifts of this journey together.
✿ This is a path among peers. No one knows more than anyone else. I only serve as a guide to ensure that we progress towards the goals without branching off, but it is the group that determines its needs. We all learn from each other. ❤
✿ Active participation: One of the critical elements in this journey to your health. For this reason, I am a fervent advocate of the power of small groups. It is vital that you feel included, not diluted into a larger crowd among which your voice may feel lost.

❀ I am absolutely passionate about teaching. I have given lectures, conferences, and talks in all kinds of venues and for all kinds of audiences, within both the academic and business worlds.
❀ I promote a personalized, "label-free" nutrition as a tool to recover love and respect for our body, an indispensable vehicle in the (re)claiming of our physical and emotional health.
❀ I fiercely defend our right to be well informed about one of the essential pillars of life: the need to be nurtured, in the broadest meaning of the word.
